In addition to New Home Design we also provide design and drafting services to the remodeling and home renovation industry. From the basic plans required for securing a building permit, to extensive construction documentation required for high end remodeling projects.

Through listening to the clients needs and working with the building contractor we can develop a design solution that satisfies the home owner's expectation and budget.

The process includes visiting the site and performing a field survey prior to any design work. Through examining the existing structure and photo documenting the areas affected, we create "as built" drawings which serve as the basis for the new design. Depending upon the nature of the work to be performed, we can either proceed with the design schematic phase or move directly to the construction document phase.
